Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Core .NET Engineer with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 24+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS to integrate and transform large datasets Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and scalability Collaborate on .NET Core and Cloud-based microservices (APIs) Work on messaging systems including Apache Kafka to manage real-time data flow Participate in daily Scrum meetings and 2-week sprints, taking ownership of assigned stories (typically 3-4 at a time) Interface with business stakeholders to gather continuous requirements, support patching, and drive small enhancements Support quality assurance, security, and compliance of supported applications Partner with peers and management to resolve issues and improve technical solutions Required Qualifications: 6+ years in Microsoft full stack development Experience working in financial services or capital markets environments Exposure to Angular (front-end portion of the application with potential for future expansion) Experience working in a hybrid onshore/offshore development model Ability to wear multiple hats in a lean team setup Familiarity with Agile frameworks and sprint planning Strong communication skills and ability to take ownership of solutions Pay Range: $72-82 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
