Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team with a primary focus on proposal-based recruiting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should be coachable, a team player, and bring a strong sense of urgency to your work. Managing multiple competing priorities effectively with a strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Partnering with capture and proposal teams to understand staffing requirements for new business opportunities
  • Building talent pipelines for anticipated contract awards, particularly within engineering, IT, and cleared labor categories
  • Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for proposal roles under tight deadlines
  • Assisting with writing and posting clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with labor categories and contract requirements
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
  • Collaborating and consulting with hiring managers, program teams, and internal stakeholders on talent strategy and timelines
  • Managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Pivoting between proposal and funded recruiting efforts based on business needs
  • Participating in regular recruiting meetings to share pipeline updates, successes, challenges, and recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date on recruiting best practices, especially in cleared and government contracting environments
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts in sourcing, candidate experience, and employer branding
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as well as relevant professional organizations
  • Performing other duties as assigned: recruiters often wear many hats and may be asked to support various initiatives as business needs evolve
