Senior Solution Delivery Engineer

You will act as a liaison between our R&D team and some of our major hyper-scaler customers. Your area of engagement will be the pre-silicon assessment activities run by our customers using our and our partners' solutions. The specific area of focus will be validating HW solutions built for AI/ML training and inference networks. You will work with the latest technologies built for optimizing networks, EDA tools, different types of HW design emulations, etc.

In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Keeping track of customers' roadmap

• Understanding all emulation and simulation options/tools customer is planning to use

• Understanding how our tool may interface with other components in the emulation environment

• Interacting with our partners to ensure our plans/roadmaps and their plans/roadmaps

• Proposing user-friendly and efficient deployment options

• Running joint tests and experiments with our customers and partners

• Ensuring quality and effectiveness of our solutions before deploying on customers setup

• Providing timely feedback during internal demos for keeping the development on track in the right direction

Ideal candidates for this position would possess the following attributes:

• Experience working closely with customers to achieve business objective.

• 4+ years of experience of working with deployment tools like terraform & ansible

• 3+ years of experience of working with CI/CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of KVM hypervisor. Knowledge of other hypervisors will be preferred.

• Working knowledge in scripting languages like python, shell script, etc.

• Good knowledge about software development tools and current methodologies.

• Experience and/or knowledge in any combination of the following areas will be a plus:

• HW Design emulation/simulation

• EDA tools like Cadence, Synopsys, etc.

• Network Traffic generation tools

• Collective communication libraries (e.g., NCCL)

• Clos fabric

• AI/ML training methodologies
