Mizzou Advancement Communications and Marketing is dedicated to implementing a comprehensive, data-informed and collaborative communications and marketing strategy that supports the university's philanthropic and alumni relations goals. We are currently seeking a seasoned, strategic and results-driven Communications Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of high-impact projects that engage donors and alumni and inspire philanthropic support for Mizzou. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Communications and Marketing, the Communications Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of communications and marketing projects from planning and resource allocation to execution and evaluation. This role will provide regular updates on project status and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with strategic objectives. In this role, you will support the Advancement Communications and Marketing team by creating and implementing effective communications plans, streamlining processes and workflows, and documenting completed projects for future reference. You will also provide regular progress updates to the Executive Director of Advancement Communications and Marketing. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency with project management tools and systems. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
