As a Clinical Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expertise in MCG solutions by supporting clinical integration tasks during customer implementations. Working under supervision and guidance, the CIA leads clinical data mapping and workflow testing and utilizes integration protocols and clinical data standards to deliver accurate and efficient outcomes.

Collaborating with Technical Implementation Analysts, Project Managers, and Account Managers, the CIA integrates clinical integration knowledge into the implementation process, documents customer clinical integration workflows, identifies recurring challenges, and shares findings with the Senior CIA to drive short-term and long-term solutions.

You will:



  • Act as the primary clinical point of contact for clinical integration issues and oversees the clinical integration aspects of customer implementations, liaising between customers and the implementation project team.


  • Maintain expertise in the suite of solutions, ensuring current knowledge base documentation, staying informed on product changes, and proactively identifying improvements to related processes.


  • Lead EHR/MMS clinical data mapping using clinical vocabularies (e.g., CQL, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10) to ensure accuracy for integrations needed to complete implementations successfully. Lead and support the development of clinical data workflow testing and automation scenarios in collaboration with customers.
    Escalates identified clinical integration issues.


  • Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation process to address clinical integration concerns, provide updates, and manage expectations.


  • Investigate and resolve clinical integration issues and system errors that arise during implementation and post-


  • Collect and document relevant information for each customer's clinical integration issue in Salesforce by established guidelines.


  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of clinical integration workflow and data exchange using standards like APIs, HL7 v2, X12/278s, and Smart on FHIR interoperability to support customers.


  • Leverage tools and protocols such as Iguana and SQL to generate insights for improving clinical efficiency.
    Leads customer clinical testing and validates the configured/ customized MCG solutions to ensure they meet requirements and meet MCG quality standards.


  • Works with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of clinical solutions.
    Collaborate with customers to define clinical data workflow testing scenarios.


  • Support a culture that reflects all virtues of the Customer Success Toolkit.



What We're Looking For:



  • Active, current, and unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Associate's degree in nursing or related field.


  • At least 1-4 years of Utilization, Case/ Care, or Disease Management experience.


  • Experience in healthcare IT, with foundational understanding of healthcare data standards (such as Smart on


  • FHIR, HL7 V2, X12/ 278 protocols, SNOMED CT, LOINC, CQL, ICD-10) |


  • Foundational understanding of business requirements.


  • Foundational understanding of clinical and data mapping between software solutions.


  • Foundational experience in Microsoft Office.


  • Proficient in custom er-facing communication, including skills in articulating complex ideas and adeptly managing customer issues.


  • Proven history of a collaborative, team-focused approach and ability to work remotely effectively.



Pay Range: $93,225 - $130,515
