Responsibilities

Sales Program & Pricing Management:



  • Creates, manages Sell Out sales program accrual & balance according to the company policy and guidance
  • Develop & create various regular & ad-hoc Trade Related reports for the executive reporting and analysis
  • Develop & create Sales Program Training Material for Sales & Product Management team and Perform regular Training to related department
  • Initiate/lead communications with the internal stakeholders to make timely operational decisions and reflect the decisions in the system if required
  • Conduct financial simulations to assess the impact for each scenario and assist to create financial outlook
  • Perform root cause analysis if problem areas are identified to understand the nature and develop corrective action plan
  • Assist A/R to process the claims in a timely manner
  • Determines the program amount to accrue & manages the program balance by the company guideline
  • Communicate with related department to make timely operation decisions
  • Create various ad-hoc report and run analysis to support executive decisions
  • Creating Sales Program Training Material for Sales and PM/BM team
  • Announce New Sales Program Policy to related Department
  • Development of ad-hoc tools such as SPIFF Program to accurately calculate the required sales program accruals and subsequent financial impact


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 7+ years experience performing financial/pricing analysis
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Must understand sales program processes and pricing/promotion management processes in order to understand downstream impact of the sales program operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong financial and analytical Skills
  • Strong data and time management skills
  • Must have strong communication skills


Recruiting Range
$115,000 - $135,000 USD
