Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Compressed Air Service Technician to enhance our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role falls under our Compressor Technique business area and plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

As a Field Service Technician focused on Compressor Technique, you will be responsible for performing service, maintenance, and installation on our compressed air systems. Your expertise will help us maintain customer satisfaction and ensure the machinery operates efficiently.

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on compressors and related equipment to enhance performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our customers.
• Install new equipment and components according to engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed records of work performed using our service management system.
• Collaborate with the team to develop best practices for service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience in service and maintenance of compressed air systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to travel as required in the Minneapolis area.
