About the role:
We are looking for a high performing, self-driven Senior Product Manager to drive growth through a new, fast growing market segment for concomitant ablation and WATCHMAN procedures. This employee will work cross-functionally with diverse teams and in close partnership with the EP franchise to drive alignment and execution, along with the US sales team and key physicians. This role requires a high degree of collaboration, an action-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. This person will play a key role on the WATCHMAN team and collaborate closely with the EP franchise, gaining high visibility within the organization as concomitant therapy brings together two of Boston Scientific's most high-profile products-WATCHMAN and FARAPULSE.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Conduct market research to inform strategies and address knowledge gaps.
  • Develop value proposition, messaging and creative, along with promotional plan and relevant resources to drive adoption of concomitant among Eps.
  • Develop best practice tools and resources to provide guidance to programs on how to most effectively implement concomitant procedures.
  • Support other product launch and continuation marketing efforts across the WATCHMAN portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate status and outcomes of ongoing work with senior leadership stakeholders, while providing thoughtful and strategic recommendations.
  • Build relationships and drive alignment with key cross-functional and cross-divisional partners.
  • Develop a robust understanding of relevant products, procedures, clinical evidence, economics, and operational workflows to present to customers at tradeshows and in-person visit.
  • Engage key customers through in-person visits, focus groups, and other needed services.
  • Support WATCHMAN marketing and other functions with annual planning & budgeting.



Required qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, and/or consulting
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20% time



Preferred qualifications:



  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can be flexible and operate independently with little direction
  • A collaborator that can build relationships and trust, glean insights from others, and delegate and/or empower others to contribute to business goals
  • A natural curiosity and a tendency to seek understanding and surface insights

  • Demonstrated success leading in a team environment, ability to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, commitment, and trust

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
