Security Officer - Bank Patrols

As a Security Officer - Bank Patrols in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This role requires you to interact professionally with staff and visitors while supporting a secure environment through teamwork and a caring approach.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and observing for any unusual conditions. The working environment and conditions may vary depending on the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
