What You Will Do:

  • Conductsystem surveys and technical analysesto support bid preparation and solution design.

  • Provideon-site technical supportto troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Develop and delivertechnical training materialsto enhance the capabilities of local and regional teams.

  • Collaborate with account managers to offertechnical guidance and subject matter expertiseduring customer engagements.

  • Support the implementation of midstream programs by ensuring technical alignment with customer requirements and internal standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, customer interactions, and technical findings.

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to midstream operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3 years of experiencein a technical support or field engineering role, preferably in the oil & gas or midstream sector.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Willingness to travel acrossNorth Americaas needed.

  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

  • Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.

Physical Demands:

  • Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high.

  • Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

  • 4+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience.

  • Familiarity with midstream infrastructure and operations.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

  • Technical writing or training development experience.

  • Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems).

  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation.

  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
