Centerless Grinding Opeator

Staffmark is partnering with a top-tier manufacturer in Rogers, AR, and we're looking for skilled Centerless Grinding Operators to join their growing team.

Pay & Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: $17.00/hour (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; overtime may start at 5:00 AM)
• 2nd Shift: $17.30/hour (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM; overtime may go until 1:30 AM)
• 3rd Shift: $17.55/hour (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM; occasional Friday overtime)

What You'll Do:

You'll be working with high-precision, automated grinding equipment to produce consistent, high-quality components. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating centerless grinders, infeed robot cells, and chamfer robot cells
• Measuring raw materials and conducting in-process inspections to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications
• Reading technical blueprints and identifying any potential quality issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues to minimize downtime
• Documenting production and inspection data accurately in both physical and digital systems
• Performing daily maintenance and keeping your workstation clean and organized

Who We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a production or industrial environment
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and blueprint reading
• A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot moderate machine issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to work overtime and thrive in a fast-paced environment
