We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our electricity smart metering products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the electricity metering industry, and a passion for driving innovation. Product managers will be expected to define the strategic direction of their products through the lens of knowledge they acquire about their business's strategic goals and market's demands.

This role will require Product Managers to clearly communicate strategy to multiple stakeholders, earn buy-in from decision makers, and ensure the appropriate teams understand their roles and have the tools they need to execute the strategy. Just as important as speaking the dialects of each team involved in their product's development, product managers must also be able to understand those dialects to ensure they can clearly articulate what is needed from each group. Like a CEO, a product manager must coordinate with, delegate to, and persuade a broad set of constituencies. They own ultimate responsibility for the product's success or failure, as well as for any issue that comes up during development - from technological setbacks to negative market feedback, to personnel issues, to financial problems.

  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction.

  • Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Manages to innovative operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans.

  • Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

  • Support internal and external customer training

  • Participates in trade show representation.

  • Retirement savings plan with company match.

  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.

  • Flexible work environment and work-life balance.

Physical Demands

This is a typical office role, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
