Description

LaForce Electronic Security Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator Lead to support our Security Integration team by overseeing the daily and long-term scheduling of field technicians. This role plays a key part in ensuring our security integration projects run smoothly and efficiently across job sites. In this role, you'll collaborate with project managers, technicians, and internal teams to align schedules, manage labor resources, and track project progress. You'll also oversee scheduling documentation, time sheets, work orders, and inventory tracking, while helping improve processes and supporting customer needs.


What You'll Do:



  • Lead daily scheduling of field technicians to maximize productivity.
  • Coordinate job assignments and documentation with the Scheduling Coordinator.
  • Support internal teams with scheduling, work orders, sales order data, and inventory.
  • Maintain technician schedules and proactively solve scheduling challenges or problems.
  • Communicate regularly with managers to review project and technician statuses.
  • Assist with customer service, subcontractor coordination, and recurring services.



What You'll Bring:

We're seeking someone with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant coordinator experience. Candidates must also possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
