We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team to help develop and promote our corporate positioning and messaging as we continue to differentiate our brand in the market. The ideal candidate must be a dynamic communicator and natural storyteller who is excited to learn and grow their skillset in implementing executive and internal communications, messaging, and event execution. This person will have the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned marketing professionals. This opportunity requires excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and strong organizational skills.

This position will be a hybrid role, with 2-3 days on-site in Madhive's HQ in New York City's Financial District.

What you'll do...

  • Write content for social media channels and partner on employee advocacy initiatives.

  • Support content development by reviewing and editing blog posts, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, and more.

  • Support planning and execution of company announcements.

  • Participate in PR planning and strategy development.

  • Track industry and company media coverage.

  • Identify current or emerging trends, themes, and best practices in internal and external communications.

  • Work as a cross-functional team member partnering with other marketing outputs such as product marketing, sales enablement, events, etc.

Who you are...

  • Must currently be pursuing or recently graduated with a BA/BS degree with relevant coursework (English, Communications, Marketing, PR).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization.

  • Strong storyteller with a passion for technology, digital marketing, data, innovation and start-up culture.

  • Proven record of translating and articulating complex concepts into simple and clear messaging.

  • An engaging, outgoing personal style--enjoy working independently as well as on a team.

  • Creative, resourceful, results-oriented, and collaborative team player.

  • Highly organized with good follow-through capabilities.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

  • Tenacious, energized, curious and enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible.

  • Fascinated by the latest and greatest AI tools and forward thinking about how it can streamline operations.
