What does Revenue Growth Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Revenue Growth Manager will support revenue growth initiatives within Swire Coca-Cola, through strategic insights. Assigned to the Large Store group you are responsible for the analysis, development, and implementation of Swire Coca-Cola's joint business plan to achieve required gross profit in the large store channel of your assigned Key Account plans and Geographic Regions. Using a high-level revenue and gross profit target for the channel, translate this target into a detailed volume to gross profit plan for the channel in the region through the following accountabilities.

Responsibilities:



  • Gain a deep knowledge of the annual cycle of current volume & price by customer, pillar (designated geographic region), and package
  • Develop a plan down to the customer, pillar, & package level for pricing, including all seasonal fluctuations and promotions which will deliver the expected volume
  • Include COGS in the model, understand the key elements of which deeply enough to identify any issues and push back accordingly on Finance
  • Include in model advertising costs by customer, pillar & package level, including all seasonal fluctuations and promotions to achieve expected gross profit


  • Perform price package analytics throughout the year to down to the customer, pillar, & package level to determine effectiveness of plan and adjust as needed
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to improve business process and procedures. Provide key stakeholder input to commercialization on look of success and drive channel priorities
  • Perform profitability analysis for assigned Large Store Channel Key Accounts plans forecasting and planning leading weekly calls w/ KAMs to ensure forecasting accuracy is met
  • Review any regional price package plans for accuracy and profitability where gaps exist, develop plans to close gaps and prepare presentation for trade board ensure plans are implemented for assigned division/region
  • Align key stakeholders on pricing and retail strategies



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar required
  • MBA preferred
  • 4+ years' Experience producing and analyzing sales and financial data to track sales operations, identify trends, develop projections, and/or create models required
  • Experience in creating volume and gross profit models or other revenue/pricing planning required
  • Experience with ERP sales & planning tools required
  • Beverage, CPG or retail experience preferred
  • Experience in large project management preferred
  • Experience with P&L drivers and of Financial and Forecasting models [i.e. ROI analysis, profit/loss statements, etc.]
