It's the season of fresh new opportunities at Staffmark! Our partner company has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Dye Machine Operator position with a leading manufacturing company located in Cleveland, TN.

Schedules Available:

2nd shift: Monday - Thursday plus Friday | $17.25/hr.

3rd shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 10 - 12-hour shifts, plus overtime on Thursday or Friday | $17.51/hr.

The Machine Operator is responsible for reading dye sheets, weighing and placing correct amounts of dyes and chemicals, and loading fabric into dye equipment. The role includes inspecting fabric for defects, disposing of scrap material, and maintaining general housekeeping. Duties also involve completing production sheets, cleaning machinery, and handling cloth to ensure proper stretching, drying, and finishing without shrinkage. This position requires the ability to lift up to 20lbs regularly and accurately distinguish between shades of color.

Qualified candidates will have two years of related experience.
