Responsibilities
- Contributes to a positive work environment and promote the vision, mission, and values of Blanchard Machinery Company.
- Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes a safe and healthy working environment.
- Identify operational areas of opportunity, improve profitability, customer experience, and effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and teams addressing these opportunities.
- Positively influence and maintain key performance indicators.
- Governance of Service Excellence Program and associated criteria.
- Assist in implementing "Best Practices" at all branches that will improve customer experience.
- Assist in the development of capacity and capability plans for operational growth.
- Influence and motivate a progressive service culture by supporting central Service Department initiatives and goals.
- Supervise central support team including technical services, warranty administration, and various service support specialists.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred.
- 3+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred.
- Proficient in the use of computers and related software (Word, Excel, etc.) and CAT Software-related systems.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem- solving skills required, with the ability to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- High degree of interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills is required.
- Competitive urgency with the capacity to make sound decisions, evaluate organizational strengths and weaknesses, identify training opportunities, and continuously improve.

Working Conditions
- The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside throughout the year.
- Ability to travel consistently within the area of responsibility.
- Position requires employee to be physically present at designated worksite location.

- Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.
