Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): Brisbane, CA

(Hybrid)

Position Summary:

The Practice Coordinator will serve as a Call Center Patient Service Representative, responsible for providing high-level customer service and support in a fast-paced, hybrid call center environment. This role primarily involves managing inbound calls from patients, coordinating information across multiple systems, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle an average of 50 calls per day, assisting patients with scheduling, information requests, and coordination of services.
  • Navigate through multiple patient record systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Use telephone headphones and computer systems for extended periods.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members and attend occasional on-site sessions as needed for equipment deployment or training.


Required Qualifications:


  • Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of related experience,
    • OR a college degree with 6 months related experience,
    • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Skills:

    • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Comfortable navigating complex software and managing multiple applications simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate, clear, and efficient service to patients.


  • Work Environment:

    • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a headset and computer simultaneously.




Preferred Qualifications:


  • APeX experience highly preferred; however, candidates without APeX training will be considered.
