Regional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Lead

Take your career to the next level as our Regional IFM Lead, overseeing our high-profile clients' facilities across EMEA and the Americas. This influential position offers the unique opportunity to drive strategic facility management excellence across two major global regions while leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions that create measurable value. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, shape departmental strategy, and implement transformative change that elevates our service delivery and strengthens our client relationship. Some of what you will do:
  • Lead and develop high-performing IFM teams across EMEA and the Americas, establishing clear goals, performance metrics, and professional development plans
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client challenges, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions that exceed expectations
  • Drive the development and implementation of mid to long-term strategic plans that align with both client objectives and organizational goals
  • Oversee operational excellence across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • Manage significant budgetary responsibilities and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders through regular strategic business reviews and consultative leadership
  • Recommend and implement policy changes and procedural improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of external vendors, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and organizational standards
  • Lead change management initiatives that transform service delivery and introduce innovative facility management approaches
  • Collaborate across multiple work groups to develop integrated solutions that address complex facility challenges
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement and strategic growth
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual obligations across all managed facilities
  • Represent the organization in high-stakes client meetings and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Who We Are Looking For
  • Extensive experience in facilities management or a related field, including demonstrated management experience
  • Master's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large teams or multiple smaller teams across different geographic regions
  • Demonstrated mastery of facilities management principles and practices with expertise across multiple operational disciplines
  • Experience managing moderate financial/external risks and comfort interacting with senior leadership
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to develop and implement mid to long-term goals and initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities, particularly with high-profile clients
  • Experience establishing and improving policies/procedures that impact organizational effectiveness
  • Track record of driving change and implementing innovative solutions in facilities management
  • Experience coordinating and monitoring the work of external vendors to ensure service excellence
  • Ability to travel as required
