Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a
Temporary Legal Assistant - Litigation
to join our team in our Seattle office.
This is a temporary position lasting six months, with potential to convert to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
This is an essential position that will require five day in-office.
This position provides critical support to legal assistant colleagues and four to five attorneys in the commercial litigation practice group. It requires basic knowledge of federal and state court rules; drafting, editing and formatting pleadings and discovery documents; understanding filing procedures in both federal and state courts; arranging for service of documents; maintaining electronic files (NetDocs); proficiency with attorney time entry (Intapp); knowledge of billing software; and other tasks as assigned.

Washington State
The hourly range for this position in Washington is $38.46 to $43.59. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Paid sick leave is accrued on a biweekly basis at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
