JOB ANNOUNCEMENT FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST - EXCLD DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING Bureau of Housing Development Number of Positions: 3 (additional vacancies possible pending budget approval) Starting Salary: $86,520.00 New hires are paid the starting rate. Under direction, performs financial planning, underwriting, and financial analysis of requests for Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and other sources of funding assistance for affordable housing developments ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Location: City Hall, 10th Floor Days: Monday - Friday (occasional weekend hours will be required) Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (occasional evening hours will be required) THIS POSITION IS IN THE CAREER SERVICE Qualifications
