Staffmark is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Nashville, TN. If you're organized, proactive, and skilled at handling sensitive tasks, this opportunity is for you!

Pay: $26.44 per hour

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare PowerPoint presentations, handle incoming mail, and provide backup support for other assistants.

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting agendas.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Sort incoming mail and interact with visitors.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Process expense reports and maintain department spreadsheets.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy.
  • Provide proactive support to the team and maintain confidentiality.



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives or teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Typing proficiency of at least 50 - 55 words per minute
