KeyResponsibilities

Ourteamsitsattheforefrontoforganizationalinnovationsanddesigninitiatives,whichmakesthisroleagreatopportunityforanyoneexcitedabouttheintersectionofUX,UI,experienceandbusinessstrategyacrossasuiteofimpactfulproducts.

Youwillreportintoyourproductgroup'sSeniorProductDesignersupportingtheteamacrossallproductdesignneeds.Youwillalsohelpcreate,maintain,andevolveproductsthroughouttheproductlifecycle.Youwillberesearching,wireframing,prototyping,andhandingoffdesigns,involvedineverystepofthedesignprocess.

TechnicalCompetencies

*AdvancedmasteryofUXResearchandUIDesign:Leadandfacilitateworkshopsandprojectplanstoconduct,synthesizeandquantifyresearch.

*DesignSystemsexperience:Fluencywithworkingwithdesignsystemsandcomfortablerevisingandaddingcomponentsbasedonproductneeds

*Product&Engineeringcollaboration:Cantaketheleadandownend-to-endproductionofprojectstoshipfeaturesand/orimplementanewproductworkingwithproductandengineeringteams

*Designiteration:Iteratesondesignsbasedoninformationprovidedbyend-usersandactivelyproactivelyseeksfeedbackfromstakeholders

*CompetencyinFigmaandinteractiondesigntools:Abletodesignatappropriatelevelsoffidelitytotestworkflowswithusersandedgecaseswithproductandengineering,aswellasunderstandingofleveragingAItoolsthatintegratewellwiththedesignprocesstoimprovequality,alignmentandefficiency
