We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to join the Intellectual Property team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex project activities, providing oversight and direction for project planning and execution. You will also collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project outcomes. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience 7+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, information systems, or similar 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects Active project management certification (e.g. PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP) Experience with project management and productivity tools such as MS-Project, Project Insight, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent It would be great if you also had... Experience with managing multiple, concurrent work streams of varying complexity Excellent organizational and communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels Strong presentation skills in one-to-one and one-to-many forums. Strong time management skills, and attention to detail Experience with Clarivate solutions, a PLUS Experience with Intellectual Property processes and practices, a PLUS What will you be doing in this role? Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitor progress and manage change control Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations and facilitating communication Implement and improve project management tools, templates, and processes to enhance project delivery Lead project risk management activities, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are implemented Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned for future improvements About the Team As a member of IPMS Professional Services, Project Management Office, you will manage the IP management software system implementation projects in close collaboration with the IP Management Software & Services business group. You will work directly with internal teams to ensure successful implementation with our customers.
