Position Summary: The Senior Director of Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for developing and executing the global supply chain and procurement strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. This executive-level leader oversees sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, supplier performance, and strategic vendor partnerships to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation across the entire value chain. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Education
Masters (preferred)
Bachelors (required) Experience
Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus. (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. (required) Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and supply chain risk management. (required) Proven track record of leading large, complex global supply chains and delivering cost savings and operational improvements.
