Management Trainee - Full Time

We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Management Trainee that will support and learn skills at our various Michigan branches.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for gaining knowledge in the direction and administration of branch operations and development of skills to lead/coach employees to achieve sales and branch/department goals. Studies how to train, direct, and assist in supervising branch staff. Performs various branch functions as required.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Receives training in functions and operations of branches.
• Assists with Member Service and Teller functions. Performs duties related to all credit
• union products and services.
• Observes experienced workers and managers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
• Fills in and performs duties in Branch positions as needed.
• May be required to travel to multiple branch locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a financial institution preferred
• Sales Experience

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills
• Well organized
• Attention to detail
• Ability to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment
• Good marketing skills
• Ability to maintain an effective and efficient work flow
