Job Description The Justice Information Management System (JIMS) is currently searching for a Technical Support Analyst I. This position is a help desk position that provides Tier I support to our users. First review of candidates will begin on June 19, 2025. Job duties includes:
Initial point of contact for clients we support, participates in on call rotation.
Job Requirements Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of information technology experience and a valid KS/MO driver's license are required. Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Preferred Job Requirements: Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred. Education/Experience Substitutions: Education may be substituted for experience. Physical, Environmental, and Special Working Conditions: All County employees may be called upon to assist other departments in a declared emergency situation. |
