A leader in fire safety and protection services is seeking a skilled and certified Regulation 4 Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and compliance of high-rise and non-high-rise buildings throughout the Los Angeles area. Job Description: As a Regulation 4 Certified Technician, you will be responsible for conducting fire alarm testing and inspections in accordance with Regulation 4 standards. Your primary focus will be on high-rise and non-high-rise buildings, ensuring all systems are compliant with local fire safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Perform fire alarm system testing and inspections in compliance with Regulation 4. * Document and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner. * Communicate effectively with building management and local authorities. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety codes and standards. * Travel to various sites across the Los Angeles area as required. Required Qualifications: * Active Regulation 4 Certification. * Proven experience in fire alarm testing and inspections. * Strong understanding of fire safety systems and local compliance requirements. * Ability to work independently in a field-based role. * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
