*Seeking an experienced call center agent to support a premier national lender located in Englewood, CO!*
*Description* * Handle inbound calls from residential homeowners regarding mortgage-related inquiries, aiming for first-call resolution. * Address topics such as payments, address changes, account access issues, escrow questions, and mortgage-specific concerns like PMI removal. * Make 35-50 outbound calls daily to customers with due payments, especially during peak times. * Maintain an average call handle time of 8 minutes while balancing payment processing and general support. *Qualifications* * High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1+ year of contact center experience. * Strong job stability preferred-ideally 2+ years in previous roles, as this is a long-term position. * Comfortable using computers (e.g., dual monitors, screen toggling, MS Office) while speaking with customers. * Must be customer-focused, confident in discussing payments, and not hesitant to ask for money in a service-oriented manner. *Pay: *$21/HR - if bilingual in Spanish/English, there is a $1 pay differential *Location: *Englewood, CO 80112 - Fully Onsite *Schedule: *Monday-Friday 9am-6pm; must be okay with one Saturday a month *Start Date: *July 7th - interviewing ASAP! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
