Accounting Clerk

What you'll do:

• Review and process daily production
• Maintain and monitor vendor claims from initiation to resolution
• Reconcile Finish Goods and Coater/Coil monthly inventory
• Review manufacturing work orders for accuracy and research variances
• Process accounts payable through payment of invoice and proper recording and reporting
• Prepare analysis and reports as directed
• Take inventory as directed
• Give general support to any office function by assignment
• Operate all office equipment

We need you to have:

• Associate degree in accounting/bookkeeping and/or two to three years accounting experience
• Technical expertise in production accounting, inventory control and cost analysis are a plus
• Experience working with Protraq and Enterprise One is preferable
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software
• Must have experience with Web-based applications
• Familiarity with Kronos and Workday operating systems is a plus
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Time management skills - organizing and prioritizing
• Able to work in a team environment

Requirements:

• 18 years of age
• Must meet prerequisite job-related test scores.
• Pass background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
