INOVA Central Lab is looking for a dedicated Laboratory Services Support Representative to join the team! Full Time, Day Shifts: Monday-Friday, Hours may vary

Laboratory Services Support Representative Job Responsibilities:



  • Participates and supports Inova Health System's Laboratory leadership team in the identification/elimination of barriers to volume growth.
  • Coordinates work with Inova Sales, ICL Operations and ICL Client Services to deliver and implement all required new account onboarding requirements including Information Technology (IT) building, test ordering, logistics, supplies and result delivery.
  • Reports to supervisor with a written quarterly 80/20 analysis of clients based on volume/revenue for assigned territory and specific clients.
  • Establishes/maintains account business information in the designated contact management and Laboratory Information System database.
  • Delivers an activity planning calendar for the subsequent month for review with Client Services Supervisor and Manager by the 25th of each month.
  • Provides a concise summary of activities, findings and outcomes for each visit while documenting all face to face customer interactions within 48 hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent 3 years)
  • Years of Experience: 3 years of clinical laboratory, laboratory, or medical field work experience.
