Our Customer & Market Insights (CMI) team is looking for a Customer & Market Insights Senior Advisor to join their dynamic and inclusive team. In this role, you will manage Enbridge Gas' US customer satisfaction program and support market research projects in Ohio, Utah and North Carolina. If you are a maestro in quantitative and qualitative research methods and design and have knowledge of the energy industry, or managing a large customer satisfaction program, we'd love to hear from you!
