Sr Crew Resource Analyst
Overview The Senior Crew Resource Analyst position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the crew staffing model, providing ad-hoc analysis on crew operational matters, preparing and interpreting Key Performance Indicators, and providing guidance to the operational Crew Planning team. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain forecasting models to determine pilot and flight attendant hiring needs, considering operational forecasts, training capacity, absenteeism, utilization rates, and expected attrition rates.

Salary Range: $91,000 - $122,500 Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset."
