The Sr. Business Analyst is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office four days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Rocky Mount.

Position Overview:

Act as the strategic bridge between our distribution focused operations teams (procurement, warehousing, transportation, finance)
and the IT organization. You will translate operational goals into technology road maps, guide ERP/TMS enhancements or
implementations, and champion continuous improvement across all core platforms.

Essential Job Functions/Principal Accountabilities:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
  • 7 years in business analysis, solution consulting, or systems implementation within distribution, logistics, or manufacturing. Proven success leading cross functional projects that intersect procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, and finance.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum or hybrid project frameworks; familiarity with BPMN process mapping.


Minimum Skills & Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or professional certifications (CSCP, CBAP, PMP, ITIL, Agile PM, etc.).
  • Hands on configuration or super user experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, AFS, etc.) and a TMS (MercuryGate, Oracle TM, TMW, etc.).
  • Exposure to WMS, yard management, Warehouse fulfillment, or EDI integrations.
  • Intermediate SQL or data query skills; comfortable with BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/SSRS)
