JOB SUMMARY: The Document Management Support Specialist is responsible for continuous monitoring of our Funding email mailbox containing inbound faxes, emails, and customer inquiries that require immediate attention for distribution. This Document Management Support Specialist will review and interpret faxes and emails for processing, organize, label and route to the correct electronic client account or internal responsible party. Inquiry emails that are received will be answered by the Document Management Support Specialist or forwarded when appropriate. In additional to managing the department electronic documents the Document Management Support Specialist also establishes electronic client accounts in our data base, performs data entry, and ensures incoming documents are uploaded to that account. The position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong attention to detail and demonstrate strong organizational skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Continuous monitoring of the Email Mailbox for incoming faxes and emails * Abilit to use multiple systems and applications * Review and interpret all emails for proper processing and distribution * Separate merged faxes and route to the correct account * Ensure all faxes are saved to the company document storage system * Answer inquiry emails sent by internal and external customers * Follow company policies and procedures to determine appropriate action * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment * Possess strong organizational skills and plays close attention to detail * Perform various other tasks as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma * Associate degree preferred * Two years of experience in an administrative support role in a fast-paced environment. * Two years of experience working with electronic filing system. * Two years of data entry experience, preferably in a medical setting.
