*Position Summary:*
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong partnerships with hiring teams, and ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring process. This role is essential to supporting organizational growth by sourcing and securing top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. *Key Responsibilities* *Recruitment:* * Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic and international teams. * Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, particularly in the consumer goods and beverage sectors. * Oversee the recruitment process from requisition approval through job postings, screening, offers, and onboarding. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans. * Source candidates using various tools including job boards, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. * Use data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies. * Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. * Coordinate interview processes and candidate evaluations. *Selection & Onboarding:* * Extend offers and manage pre- and post-offer processes. * Guide candidates through onboarding procedures. * Identify and participate in relevant career fairs, open houses, and recruitment events. * Develop sourcing plans for each role and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates. *Administrative Support:* * Accurately process employee data, including new hire documentation and payroll changes. * Maintain personnel files and HR documentation. * Perform general administrative and HR-related tasks as needed. *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SAP (including S/4HANA), and data governance tools. * Strong communication and analytical skills. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or recruiting administration. * Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. * Understanding of visa processes and international labor regulations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. * High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. * Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining attention to detail. *Experience Level:* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $32.81 - $43.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
