We're currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to work with our Integrated Marketing & Communications team.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do:



  • Oversee marketing communication & digital projects and process, including establishing deadlines, maintaining budget requirement
  • Direct management and oversight of enterprise systems including project management and content compliance.
  • Qualifies leads captured and ensures actions are followed based upon defined customer journeys.
  • Contribute to the marketing team's efficiency by optimizing resource distribution and reducing bottlenecks.
  • Support the planning, organizing, and managing demand generation campaigns.
  • Support Product Marketing with drafting, proofing and editing marketing materials.
  • Support marketing organization with vendor management, department invoices, meeting coordination and budget management.
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling for social media and digital channels.
  • Assist in promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.



What You'll Bring:



  • BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience integrated healthcare marketing and communications.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience in coordinating integrated campaigns across paid media, social, email, print, and experiential marketing channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks
