Senior Applications Specialist - Molecule Delivery Equipment

We're looking for a Senior Applications Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of molecule delivery technology. This is a unique opportunity to act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products meet real-world needs while supporting innovation, training, and commercial success.

About the Role

As a Senior Applications Specialist, you'll work at the intersection of customer engagement, product development, and technical training. You'll gather insights directly from customers, translate them into actionable product improvements, and support internal teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our solutions remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, gather feedback, and identify trends. Provide tailored solutions using existing or engineered products.
• Product Development Support: Represent customer needs in product roadmap discussions. Provide input to R&D and engineering teams to shape product features and priorities.
• Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs for global sales and application teams. Create tools and materials to support technical understanding and customer conversations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing to develop product messaging and technical content. Support digital marketing with specifications and application insights.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy and maintain a leading edge.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Demonstrated sustained successful delivery in product management, applications, or technical customer-facing roles in manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of product development and customer engagement
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills
• Ability to analyze customer data and market trends
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams
• Familiarity with molecule delivery systems or a strong willingness to learn
