  • Drive product-led business growth and market expansion; track success through adoption, revenue, and customer success metrics.

  • Support go-to-market plans, pricing, positioning, and product marketing; collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Regularly engage with customers to surface insights, refine feature prioritization, and ensure user-centric outcomes.

  • Manage and evolve relationships with third-party technology providers supporting AI, OCR, and process automation technologies.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Support, Sales, and Executive Leadership to deliver on key business objectives.

  • Guide other Product Managers, establish best practices, and foster a product innovation culture within the ECM team.

What You Will Likely Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years in B2B SaaS product management.

  • Strong experience in AP and Sales Order workflow automation, content management, or intelligent document capturing and processing.

  • Prior experience leveraging AI or intelligent workflow engines in real-world business applications.

  • Proven ability to present product vision and strategy to executive stakeholders and align teams toward shared goals.

What Could Set You Apart:

  • Ability to define and communicate a compelling roadmap, aligning customer needs with business objectives.

  • Comfortable working with AI-powered document capture and workflow technologies.

  • Passion for user experience, clean design, and scalable architecture in enterprise software.

  • Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to product growth.

  • History of shipping high-quality features on time through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Effective communicator and negotiator, experienced in driving alignment across diverse teams.

  • Ability to influence without authority and mentor peers on product best practices.
