Enterprise PMO Lead

The Enterprise PMO Leader plays a critical role in supporting and executing project management standards, tools, and practices across the enterprise. This individual ensures project governance compliance, supports ad hoc project initiatives, and owns key PMO toolsets to enhance visibility, communication, and delivery effectiveness. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong coordination skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and an ability to juggle multiple priorities while fostering a team-centric environment. Key Responsibilities
  • PMO Tool Ownership and Administration: Act as subject matter expert and administrator for project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira,). Drive adoption, training, and enhancements to improve usability and data accuracy.
  • Ad Hoc Project Support: Flexibly to assist with project needs across the enterprise, including facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, or stepping in to manage smaller-scale initiatives when needed.
  • Process and Standards Implementation: Promote and enforce EPMO best practices and standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous optimization efforts.
  • Data Quality and Reporting: Maintain project documentation accuracy and support regular and ad hoc reporting (status updates, dashboards, KPIs). Assist in portfolio-level reporting consolidation and insights.
  • Governance and Compliance Support: Ensure projects follow established intake, change, and governance processes. Coordinate project reviews and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project leads, functional stakeholders, and EPMO leadership to ensure aligned execution and knowledge sharing across global project efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years in a PMO, project portfolio management, or related role
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and resource planning Experience supporting enterprise project or portfolio management tools.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range for this role is $101,000- $127,000 and can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
