A&P Line Maintenance Technician

STS Technical Services is actively hiring A&P Line Maintenance Technicians to support Global Crossing Airlines (GlobalX) in Harlingen, Texas. This is a short-term contract opportunity with potential for extension, offering you the chance to gain experience with a growing airline while working on Airbus aircraft.

As an A&P Line Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance on Airbus A319, A320, and A321 aircraft. You will ensure all tasks meet FAA compliance, airline standards, and operational readiness under tight turnaround times.

• Perform line maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
  
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair Airbus A319/A320/A321 aircraft
  
• Complete and document all maintenance activities accurately and in a timely manner
  
• Communicate with Maintenance Control, Flight Operations, and other teams to coordinate maintenance activities
  
• Ensure all work areas remain safe, clean, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
  
• Participate in mandatory training and maintain all necessary certifications
  

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required
  
• 3-5 years of experience performing line maintenance on commercial aircraft
  
• Prior hands-on experience with Airbus A319/A320/A321 aircraft preferred
  
• Completion of 40-hour Airbus GenFam course preferred (training may be provided if needed)
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
  
• Must pass a background check and be eligible for SIDA badge clearance
