Catalog Campaign Marketing Lead - 5+ years experience Summary We're seeking an experienced and highly organized marketing lead to drive the end-to-end development and execution of physical-forward catalog release campaigns. This role supports strategic initiatives that celebrate legacy artists through immersive storytelling, premium physical formats, and cross-channel fan engagement. Job Description In this role, you will lead cross-functional marketing campaigns for physical catalog releases including deluxe editions, vinyl reissues, box sets, and collector's items. You'll partner with e-commerce, retail marketing, CRM, creative, and media teams to develop strategic launch plans that integrate D2C activations with broader digital and physical retail efforts. This includes managing timelines, campaign budgets, stakeholder communication, and ensuring seamless execution from pre-sale through post-launch. You will also support long-lead product development timelines, coordinate creative and production approvals, and contribute to the long-term brand development strategy for legacy artists. This opportunity is located in Santa Monica, CA and requires hybrid work: The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $54.00 - $56.41 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
