Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage/retrieval systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical or electrical issues and plan corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of malfunctions involving sensors, motors, belts, rollers, and related components.
• Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders, log activities, and maintain inventory.
• Read and interpret schematics for motor control circuits and diagnose/repair system issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA standards, while maintaining clean facilities.
