Summary
The AI Hub is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our AI Foundation, including webapp framework for GenAI-powered chatbots. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of our software application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and software project management, with the ability to wear multiple hats, including those of a project manager, product manager, and product owner.

- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Agile Leadership: Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Product Management: Act as a product owner when necessary, defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.

Pay rate: $104/hr
Duration: Temporary, 6 months
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management, with a focus on software development projects.
- Experience with AI and chatbot technologies is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading Agile software development projects, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Background in software development or other technical areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant software.
- Ability to wear multiple hats, including those of a product manager and business analyst, as needed.
Preferred Qualification
- A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
