As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol- Overnight Shift in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and provide information or directions as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel and resort management and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
