Pay | $18 per hour

Schedule | Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday/Thursday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of related experience at a resort
• A valid driver's license
• Technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and other general maintenance tasks
• Able to handle on-call duties and respond to emergencies

Resort Property Maintenance Technician

Setting fixtures, patching holes in walls, touching up paint, and performing light electrical work such as changing light bulbs and hanging ceiling fans. Perform regular inspections of facilities. Respond to maintenance requests from residents and other property managers. Maintain accurate records. Interact professionally with residents.
