Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support a fast-paced operation in Rialto, CA. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule



  • $21.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Must be flexible; start time may vary (as early as 11:00 AM) depending on volume



What You'll Be Doing



  • Perform data entry and clerical support tasks in the warehouse
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with vendors and carriers
  • Accurately process shipping documents and follow vendor routing guides
  • Generate labels, reports, and audits using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Track Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), rack audits, and create custom reports
  • Communicate across departments and with external transportation partners
  • Match shipments to invoices or Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Assist with light warehouse labor when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area



Requirements:



  • 1+ years of warehouse clerical/admin experience
  • Proficient in WMS, BOLs, and Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on task independently
  • Dependable, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
  • Comfortable with blended roles (office + warehouse tasks)
