Staffmark is seeking a Dispatcher to join a dynamic team in Auburn, WA. If you thrive under pressure, have a talent for multitasking, and bring both dispatch and strong customer service experience to the
table-this could be the perfect fit for you!

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule Options:



  • Schedule A: Sunday - Wednesday (OFF Thurs-Sat)
  • Schedule B: Thursday - Saturday (OFF Sun-Wed)
  • Wednesdays alternate to ensure full-time hours



Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate real-time communication between drivers and warehouse staff
  • Track vehicle activity using systems like Samsara (GPS), TotalVis, and Ortec (no prior software experience required)
  • Respond to emergency road calls promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident reports
  • Relay updates between company and customers clearly and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies
  • Escalate any operational issues to supervisors as needed



What You Bring:



  • Dispatch experience required
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure with keen attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills; willing to learn new software
  • Able to lift occasionally if needed
