IT Help Desk Support (3rd Shift)

Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person requests. * Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate when necessary. * Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution. * Follow established procedures and guidelines to resolve common problems. * Maintain excellent communication and customer service throughout each interaction. What You Bring: * 6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or IT support. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Dependability and a solid attendance record. * Basic familiarity with Windows 11 and Office 365 is a plus. Work Schedule: * Tuesday - Saturday * 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM (30-minute unpaid lunch) * This is a 3rd shift position and requires working onsite in Madison, WI. Additional Notes: * This is an onsite role-candidates must reside in Wisconsin or be willing to relocate at their own expense. * The support center operates 24/7/365, including holidays. Occasional schedule adjustments or overtime may be required to ensure coverage. * No on-call responsibilities. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
