• 1st Shift:6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  
• 2nd Shift:2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  
• 3rd Shift:May be added later this year
  
• Overtime:Common now but expected to decrease as the team fills out
  

• Minimum5 years of hands-on experiencein aircraft sheet metal work (5-10+ years preferred)
  
• Airframe license preferred, but highly skilled unlicensed mechanics will be considered
  
• Must be eligible for FAA DOT drug testing (safety-sensitive compliance)
